NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Orange County students already have a long history with Brainfuse. Through its partnership with Orange County Library System, Brainfuse has provided online tutoring to local learners for more than 12 years and has completed more than 100,000 tutoring sessions.

Brainfuse is now an approved tutoring provider for Orange County Public Schools. Through the district’s multi-provider contract, individual middle and high schools can select Brainfuse for virtual tutoring based on their students’ needs.

Schools decide which students participate, the subjects they need help with, and when tutoring takes place. Brainfuse can provide scheduled targeted tutoring, on-demand one-to-one assistance, or a combination of services. Sessions can be scheduled during, before, or after the school day, or at other times agreed upon by the school and Brainfuse.

“Brainfuse has been part of Orange County’s learning community for more than a decade, and we’re excited to build on that work with local schools,” said Nakeia Jones, K–12 Partnerships Manager at Brainfuse and a former Baltimore City Public Schools educator. “No two schools will use tutoring in exactly the same way. We can work with each one to set the schedule, focus instruction on the right skills, and give staff a clear view of how students are progressing.”

Participating schools can use Brainfuse for English language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, world language assistance, and test preparation. Students can work one-to-one or in groups of no more than four with tutors matched to their academic needs.

For scheduled tutoring programs, instruction can begin with a Brainfuse diagnostic assessment or academic data the school provides. Tutors use the results to identify learning goals and develop an individualized plan for each student. Teachers can also share classroom materials, pacing information, and specific areas of focus so tutoring reinforces what students are learning in school.

Brainfuse instruction and academic resources align with Florida’s B.E.S.T. Standards. Mathematics tutoring emphasizes problem-solving, conceptual understanding, and skill development, while English language arts instruction incorporates research-based reading and writing practices.

Secure dashboards and reports give teachers and administrators access to attendance, tutoring time, skills addressed, assessment results, tutor notes, and student progress. Reporting can be organized by student, class, school, or district, giving staff both a detailed view of individual participation and a broader look at program activity.

Each participating school works with a dedicated Brainfuse account manager and implementation team. The team helps coordinate student access, scheduling, technology integration, staff training, reporting, and ongoing program reviews.

Brainfuse also provides tutoring to Valencia College students, including dual-enrollment students. Its work with Valencia College and Orange County Library System gives Brainfuse experience serving local learners from K–12 through college.
