Major investments in development, healthcare and higher education are contributing to the continued transformation of West Palm Beach, Florida.

Cleveland Clinic is expanding its presence in West Palm Beach as well. Its plans include a new hospital and a new outpatient and ambulatory surgery center at 15 CityPlace, which Cleveland Clinic says will nearly quadruple the size of its current West Palm Beach health center.

Luxury residential development is also continuing along the city's waterfront and downtown areas.
